Was shown this video showcasing the true beauty of the Air Force One quite a while ago now, but is still a favourite so have decided to post it before I forget about it. The film simply documents the procedure undertaken to create this timeless, classic shoe. The video is set in an Italian ‘shoe craftsmans’ workshop.

The use of innovative camera angles and detail driven camera shots, really keep you intrigued when watching this piece. It captures the artistic and creative process involved with creating a shoe. If you feel like I do about the Air Force One it’s the minor details the smell, the feel of the shoe which makes it unique to the rest, the kind of senses which this film captures and documents perfectly.
